Huawei S310S-10PN4JX is a manageable L2+ switch equipped with 6x 1Gbit Ethernet with PoE+ support, 1x 1Gbit ethernet, 2x 1G/2.5G ethernet s podporou PoE+, 2x 2.5G SFP and 2x SFP+ ports. The total PoE budget is 128W, ensuring reliable power for 8 devices under the 802.3af standard or 4 devices under the 802.3at standard with full power consumption. It supports all common L2 functions and additionally offers static routing and a DHCPv4 server. Management is possible through a web interface or via the Huawei eKit cloud service using the web portal or the Huawei eKit App. Thanks to the Huawei Online Upgrade Platform (HOUP), the switch offers one-click automatic updates.

• Advanced Protection Technology: In addition to supporting traditional Spanning Tree Protocol (STP) and Rapid Spanning Tree Protocol (RSTP), eKitEngine S310S is designed with the industry's latest Ethernet Ring Protection Switching (ERPS) technology defined in ITU-T G.8032, which implements millisecond-level protection switching based on traditional Ethernet MAC and bridging functions.
• Diversified Security Control: eKitEngine S310S provides comprehensive defense against DoS attacks and user-targeted attacks. It sets up and maintains a DHCP snooping binding table and discards packets that do not match the table entries. The DHCP snooping trusted port feature ensures that users connect only to an authorized DHCP server.
• PoE Power Supply: The Perpetual PoE feature ensures that when a PoE switch restarts (e.g., during software upgrade), it continues to supply power to the connected PDs, ensuring uninterrupted power supply.
• Smart Upgrade: Based on Huawei Online Upgrade Repository (HOUP), eKitEngine S310S supports smart upgrades. The automated upgrade process supports one-click upgrade and version pre-loading, which significantly shortens upgrade time and reduces service interruption time. This feature enables customers to perform upgrades independently, helping reduce maintenance costs.
• Cloud Management: The HUAWEI eKit App allows users to configure, monitor, and inspect switches on the cloud, reducing deployment and O&M (operations and maintenance) costs and lowering network OPEX. eKitEngine S310S supports both cloud management and on-premise management, which can be flexibly switched to achieve smooth evolution and maximize return on investment (ROI).
