Product description
Wi-Tek WI-PS402-UPS-I is a solar powered PoE injector with UPS functionality featuring (2) 2.5G PoE++ ports. The integrated MPPT controller optimizes solar panel performance by monitoring voltage in real time and ensuring efficient battery charging. It manages power flow between solar panels, the battery, and connected loads, allowing the system to operate on solar energy during the day and on battery power at night. The switch consumes <5W (without PoE load and DC output).
The injector supports both solar and DC power, making it suitable for hybrid or backup systems (solar + mains power). However, the solar input cannot power the injector independently without a connected battery. The maximum charging current is 15A.
