The E502S access point with integrated 30° sector antenna supports 256 clients, 16 SSID, WPA-2 encryption, Dynamic VLAN, DFS channels, access control lists (ACLs) and more. The 802.11ac e502S is the ideal solution for today's demanding high-density outdoor Wi-Fi.
High-performance Wi-Fi network - Support for all cnPilot Enterprise access points (APs) features such as roaming, dynamic channel selection, automatic transmission, power control, bandwidth management and more - basic functions for easy Wi-Fi operation.
Fast MESH - either by reserving one radio (eg: 5 GHz) for backhaul networks, or using both bands simultaneously for client access.
Backhaul wireless network integration - port aux PoE port on e502S offers PoE out eliminates the need for a second power line - ideal for power supply, 802.3af standard or power from Cambium Pb 450 or ePMP backhaul subscriber modules (SM) for wireless Wi-Fi with backhaul support.
Durability - Dual built-in active / standby memory banks ensure greater availability. The E502S can save two versions of the software and return to the original version if necessary.
Operating Software - Reduces the likelihood of on-site service visits and increases uptime.
Cloud-managed Access
All cnPilot APs are managed by cnMaestro from the cloud, an onpremises VM or a private datacenter. cnMaestro provides a single-paneof-glass dashboard for Wi-Fi, Ethernet, fixed wireless broadband and service provider home routers. cnMaestro Essential cloud management is included at no additional cost. There are no setup fees, licenses or recurring costs. cnMaestro includes detailed network statistics, channel utilization graphs, and integrated remote troubleshooting tools to ensure service is always on.
