The maximum stated power of 24W is a compromise between the 802.3af (15.4W/port) and 802.3at (30W/port) standards, which is optimal for devices with a maximum consumption of around 18-20W. Power is supplied via wires 1.2 (+) and 3.6 (-), and the power injector is particularly suitable for powering IP cameras, VoIP phones, etc. A 2-pin power cable is also included in the package.
